For Individual and Joint applications:
  • Your Passport(s) (valid and signed)
  • Proof of residency showing name(s) and registered address, e.g.
    • your National ID Card(s)
    • or your Driver's License(s)
    • or your Social Security Card(s)
    • or a Bank Statement (issued within the last 6 months)
    • or a Utility Bill (issued within the last 6 months)
